Youko Nakajima from Juuni Kokuki. My favorite female character by far.

Although she's weak and annoying at the begin. She grows tremendously throughout the story to become the greatest most epic heroine ever.

I personally love Nodame and everything about her including her crazy antiques, talent and her innocence. In reality, I used to get irritated with noisy girls with nonsense expression but Nodame is a different story, I guess that's because she's in anime.

She's got Kawasumi Ayako's sexy voice, so that helps her character a lot

I loves Nodame too.

Its definitely Miu Furinji from "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi" . Not only is she one of the best drawn anime girls her character isn't to be trifled with lol
