Shops in UK that sell Manga

I was wondering where any of the brits on mangashare buy thier manga.
I've being buying volumes of full metal panic from my local WHSmith but there selection is limited when it comes to most other manga.

So i would appreiciate it if anyone could recommend some shops (preferably high street shops) that have a more varied selection of manga.

seems places like Waterstones or Ottakers have loads of manga...just depends which branch your close to whether you get a good selection.

went to uni and the ottakers(now waterstones) there had a great selection......

went to the waterstones in belfast and the selection is shit......considering buy it online...be damn cheaper anyway!!!!!!!

Amazon (online). You can try Borders or your local comic book store and ask them if they can order a particular manga for you.

If you are worried about online shopping, I have found Comic Book store staff tend to be quite helpful in these situations.

    Your Best bet is probably:
Forbidden Planet International: 12 Matilda Street, Sheffield, South Yorkshire S1 4QD -Ph: 01142 769 475

Forbidden Planet is a ripoff tbh, you're best bet is Amazon, but actually, I've seen good selections in Borders. That being said - That was in the Oxford Street branch, which arguably ought to, due to the size of the shop and the location.

As NPG said Forbidden planet is a no no unless you're really, really, really desperate. No seriously unless you're buying a popular series(which they still charge slightly more for) they will rape you on the price. Theres a place called Orbital Manga in London on Upper St.Martins Lane behind Leicster Square Station that specialises in just manga. They've got pages on Myspace and Facebook. You can check out Foyles as well but the selection they had when i went down there wasn't very impressive.

That being said Amazon is still your best bet. Its a good idea to buy as much as possible from Amazon themselves rather than their marketplace sellers, because any order from Amazon over £15 qualifies for free delivery

If you're ever in London there are 3 awesome stores -

Japan Centre (All RAW, some multi-language)
    Mitsukoshi (RAW and translated)
    Orbital manga (All translated)

Other than that your best bet is Amazon (Give the money to a family member/trusted friend and ask them to use their card)

I am sure it isn't that different in the U.K., but the borders in the U.S. usually have A LOT of manga. Almost two entire rows.
So if you know of a borders close by, I would suggest going there.
