Damn, Kubo's bring out all the past cannon fodder characters just to kill them off again. Who's next afro-san? Maybe Rurika. Or how about wonderweiss (did he die forreal? I cant remember).

Anybody want to take a guess at how long it'll be before Ishida loses an arm? I'll give you $5 if your right!

Captain Vandenazi is pretty badass so far, but lets remember that dead arrancar quincy guy seemed pretty confident too.

I doubt the three are dead.... the captain wanted them alive even more than menoly and her sister.....plus inoue is in the vicinity...she can heal them since they just got K'OD just a moment ago..........

At this point, defeating the enemy and saving the Arrancars might not be enough, let's hope Ichigo uses his hollow side and shows everyone who is the new boss here.

Kubo hinted that aizen would somehow be revealed in this arc in restraint/shackles.... i do hope if push comes to shove SS would make some deal with aizen...though that's far-fetch considering what aizen did

IMO Ichigo gets trounced and Urahara gets interrupted around the time he says "Ban-K..." by Ryuken coming in to save our heroes so he can wisk them off and inform them of some sort of training and/or give them some sort of item that can keep them from getting their bankai sealed.

2) Is Ichigo still at the power levels he reached at the end of the Aizen War? We have no proof that he can even still pull out Ogihci SSJ5 transformation Level of power, much less the FGT levels of power.

It doesn't seem that SS have gotten wind of Ichigo's intel, If they had, they would know about the Hollow Connections with these Vandanbleeps, and that would of course lead them to Hueco Mundo.

Personally, Ichigo should never be able to reach the power he needed to defeat Aizen. Never again. It wasn't til after he did Hyperbolic Time Chamber training that he was even able to do any real damage to Aizen, and all that power reverted after using the Final Getsuga. If I had it my way, even with his Fullbring adding to his overall skills now, he wouldn't be anywhere near that level of power.

Can't agree here, Ichigo needs to continue to progress & to have him finish the series at less power than it took to defeat the villain from the previous arc would be foolish at best. How can you justify your penultimate arc when your hero is weaker at the end of his journey than he was at a previous point?

Might as well let Goku defeat Cell using Kaio-Ken.

agree agree agree! when characters become too powerful, they need stronger villains, after defeating them good guys become even more powerful until it's superman vs goku and a swing of sword is enough to destroy a galaxy or two...that's no good.
