also when sasuke got his ass kicked by deidara and summoned manda,,, did he go to where all the summing animals come form,,,, then suigetsu summoned him back ,,,,,

yes, being in a clan would assume you share the clan name as your last name.

There is no special dimension where the animals come from, they just live in different areas of the country, just take a look at the chapter where jiraiya was training with the toads, same planet, different location

and yes, they all share the last name

brings up the question, if jiraiya is fighting with gamabunta somewhere, and naruto summons gamabunto.. means gamabunta dissappears at jiraiya's place right?

maybe lol but is called space/time jutsu because the summoner is transporting or teleporting the desired summon from one location to another in an instant... not because they went to mars... RED ROCKS BITCHES...
