    izanagi came from the darkness whilst izanami stayed within, so the jutsu izanagi creates from imagination.
    can izanami destroy with it?

    and here I was thinking that itachi couldnt get any more badass than what he already was and again proven wrong. Cant wait to see what izanami does!

    I think the caster loses both eyes. BUT edo tensei will probably restore them. Itachi tells Sasuke to stay close...Izanami must have a wide area effect.

    Nice chapter, though a bit slow for my taste. Kabuto may be in a lot of trouble

    Then the jutsu wouldn't have a large range, since Itachi needs Sasuke closer to use it. Though that would be rather clever of Itachi, but I don't really see him using the jutsu to change Sasuke that much.

    Obviously the caster will not be affected, therefore those close to him may also avoid the effects.

    If I were to guess what Izanami does, it may Turn Kabuto into a Baby, or a child. Question is whether Edo Tensei will restore Itachi's Eyes, and whether he can genjutsu Kabuto quickly enough to save the Kages
