    That appearance just made this entire chapter. I was actually thinking how ho-hum (but still One-Piece entertaining), than BAM!

    -The decision to become a Shichibukai.
    -The government agreeing despite his helping their third most wanted criminal escape two years ago.
    -His confidence in greeting someone like Smoker.
    -What. In THE Hell. Did he do to get his bounty higher than Luffy's in the same two-year time span O_O
