And no, I don't want to have 100s of PSDs to look through, and it'll overcomplicate the system.

Err. What about requesting that people upload the original source image(s) they used, and post the links alongside their sigs? I guess that's a quick method of verification?

At the very least it would prevent outright theft/cheating.

Although yeah, that suggestion isn't exactly foolproof either orz.

No theme, and I don't know what you mean by timecap - You can submit previous work, but the deadline is the 25th.
