I actually believe that the winner should just be straight up chosen by Franky. If I understand correctly then the voting will be same as usual, just that Franky will be voting. I feel that since the goal of the theme is to make a sig that Franky will use, the one he does choose should be the winner.

But thats just me.

That's what it means, that he will choose the winner. When only Franky votes, wouldn't that mean that he's choosing the winner, along with second and third?

This part is more confusing

This theme is a dedicated to our beloved admin Franky! This means that you'll be making a sig for him using Franky (of One Piece) renders/stocks! :3

How about just having me keep it. Make it high pixel so when I print it and make my um.....put it on my wall, it'll look great.

Since this one is for Franky I will definitely participate. I only hope that Franky-sama can sense my love within the sig.
