People who use filters should be shot in the face.

At my company if a designer dares to use photoshop filters for "jazzing up" reasons we all cockslap him to kingdom come.

SRSLY people, get creative. Be artfaggy (a positive term) and crunch out something that cannot be done by a 5 second runtime script in photoshop.
