I think that samurai was cut by Trafalgar Law... He may be a Shichibukai now.. He's the only person I can think of, who can do that thing.

And woot, the lower body part belongs to a samurai and the Shichibukai responsible might just be Law. He might've stuck that samurai's lower half into the dragon's head, although it is weird how it's able to talk.but the M confuses me ,maybe the "M" and this Shichibukai is different person algether

but nah, one would think law since doflamingo's slicing probably doesnt leave them alive as we saw with oars jr. But i always saw law as luffy's wb so i hope he's not the shichibukai.

You can see him passed out before any of them knew what was going on, so I doubt that he was faking. Plus, if he can drown, he can breath.
