It does seem as though the Uchiha May have been in Cahouts with tobi, or he may have infiltrated theme , or even had them in his Genjutsu, to learn about Kushina's due date and time.

- lol translation difference it said Minato learned sealing jutsu's from Kushina's mother. Which actually I suspected since she came to the village as a kid she wouldn't know high level jutsu's. It makes sense her living relatives came with her and carried that knowledge and then passed some on to her and her husband.

I didn't want to believe it myself, but seeing it in the Anime (as opposed to reading it in the Manga), brings it home. Now I am sure that Tobi had been keeping an eye on Kushina for years (probably through an Uchiha he may have Genjutsu'd, but he may have discovered the exact moment of her labor (either directly or indirectly), through Sasuke's mom.

im sure they never will, but id love to see some kind of back story or maybe an explanation from tobi. im sure as far along as it is in the manga, our only hope is a flash back, or maybe something extra in the anime?
