Nope, the Shiki Fujin seal subverts all of that. It's the most permanent of seals. The Kyuubi will never get its Yin chakra back no matter how many times it resurrects. The 4th knew full well that the Kyuubi could resurrect before using the Shiki Fujin. If resurrecting was all it would take for the Kyuubi to get its Yin half of chakra back, there would have been little point in using the seal in the first place, right?

Also, lol at that "42 times smaller" estimate of the Kyuubi compared to its original size. There's no way you can make a concrete estimate like that since the length, width, and height are not uniform throughout the whole claw print. You'd need to use calculus to truly determine a more accurate reduction in size.

ive actually thought up a theory that gives us all we want AND makes kurama unable to regen his yin chakra. What if naruto was simply the yin to kurama's yang, forming a symbiosis that allows kurama access to yin chakra, would fit perfectly into the whole "but kurama cant regen his yin chakra" debate.
