Hanzou defeated the sannins before the sannins name was even known, they were just newbies, nowhere near their prime... I reckon Orochimaru prime could defeat Hanzou

This is Pain's summoning body, though (Considering summons are all he has used so far, that's what I'm going with). I figured it'd be pretty obvious that he could do the same as Orochimaru, summoning-wise, and more.

i sure hope this turns out to be fake somehow. first off, 3rd and 4th were eaten by a shinigami as a price for using Shikki Fuujin. second.. c'mon. summoning the 4th? it will hurt the story line so much... I mean, 4th is te BIG MISTERY and now he's just gonna be summoned, like a regular punk? I hoped 4th will be shown in some more relevant to the stoly line events.. not like this.

Did you read it? According to the spoiler Death's stomach is connected to the Asura realm. Summoning the 4th wouldn't hurt the storyline, plus there's no real big "mystery" behind him that has anything to do with the plot.

i wounder how this will be explained to naruto...with his incredible intelligence it s gonna take 10 chapters(see more) to let him know the easiest detailes regarding this fight,rinengan... and the worst case scenario is naruto fighting pein without a single understading of the rinengan...
