Uhhhh, they don't look alike at all. The old man mardy end of 601 may yet not be madara. (Even though its 95% certain it us). Madara looks like sasuke. Nagato and madara only shared symptoms of types of exhaustion from either/or/both rinnegan use and old age. There is no other resemblance.
