The ancient weapon revelation was kind of surprising, but it was the first time oda revealed something of the poneglyphs connection to each other, so if we know about POSEIDON now, where/what the heck is PLUTON since it should have been mentioned on the Arabasta poneglyph.

About Jimbe, hell join after the next arc IMO

Also, Holycowrevelationsaywaaat! To find out that the other ancient weapon was a living being is quite shocking. I wonder what in Pluton's design would have countered her Sea King army...

Yeah, Jimbei will join later, I'm sure of it (though not any time soon)
I think The SH's will ally themselves with most of the ancient weapons.
Sunny's design was based on Pluton, now they have an ally in the princess/posseidon.
They will be an incredible force to recon with eventiually & it's starting to take shape.
(Building themselves unknowingle towards yonkou-status)

Though i have to say shirahoshi's ability intrigues me. The bit with the seakings talking about the promised day(luffy hearing their voices) and the king talking about 'the power to destroy the world' were the most interesting bits i've heard in a while.
Curious to next weeks chapter...

Another new name we can speculate about: joyboy and a promise with an ancient mermaid queen. To me this feels like oda starting way in advance with building towards the end of one piece. Right now i'm thinking the end of one piece might be that one day.
The strawhats keep building friends from arabasta, to skypiea, their individual journeys, and now the whole of fishman island.
I'm guessing we'll see ancient weapon shirahoshi back at the final climax.(or oda surprises us and actually lets shirahoshi go with the strawhats)

Now i'm curious about next weeks chapter.

This has the potential to go so many different ways!
