what's the secret?

this is another thing that's been bothering me.
when jaraiya was talkin to the frog about madara he mentioned that he(jaraiya) was the teacher of the 4th and he(the 4th) was not the kind of person to do things without a reason and the fact that him(the 4th) sealing the nine taled fox within his own son was not like him.
jaraiya further said that the 4th hokage knew a secret that no one else knows!

CAN ANYBODY TELL ME WHAT THAT SECRET IS?

that's what jaraiya tried to point otu but the toad dissagreed by saying "u'r thinking to deep"
i guess we'll know the truth about this when we know more about madara
