I think I'll pass on reading Bleach for a few Chapters, at least until the Slashing, Crushing, and Burning resumes.

Good thing about the previous arc with the Hollows being antagonists was that we weren't being asked to empathize with them, and Aizen was an unambiguously bad guy (same as Madara or Orochimaru in Naruto).

I like that kind of simplicity in my fiction
Starrk sort of had a backstory you wanted to sympathize with.

You Know, when I think about it, I really was kinda sad to see Stark go, but not because he had some sad sobby story, but because he really wasn't ever truly a bad guy. Contrast that with Number 10/0 who was just an oversized thug.

I'd also say I felt a little bit sorry for Number 4 when at the very end he began to realize what it meant to have a heart, Inoue reached him too late. Now Grimjow (6), Szayel (Number 8) and Number 5 Nnoitra, I was just too glad to see them defeated.

Now, who here didn't enjoy seeing Ichigo shoving old Aizen's head into the ground?

    Regarding Next Chapter:

    1) How they get back to Byakuya

    2) I suspect that the Old Guy is not fully dead even though Kenpachi cut him in pieces. I think that his Fullbring, once activated is probably going to do what it does, regardless of the old guy being around. Question is whether it had enough time for activation, and whther Kepachi's Reiatsu will be enough to quell whatever it does.

I am not perfect and I defy you to prove otherwise

If thats the case, then why did "Invaders Must Die" dissolve?

Don't really know. I've just seen so many horror movies that I'm expecting something like that.
