i personally think that most of the old generation(including tsunade,juraiya,kakashi)are gonna die and the new generation will succeed them with naruto becomming the 6th hokage and marrying hinata

i think so yes,because in a chapter(i can't remmember which one)when juraiya and tsunade are sitting down for some sake before they started talking about naruto and his parents
juraiya said "my job isin't what it used to be when the third was around.now i have to be an example for the next generation"

Another stupid idea: it could be that, in the end of all this Pain saga, Pain will change to a good guy (after killing many people ) and he will see that he was wrong and maybe he'll suicide. I think he could make a Gaara, too...
