    Wow. So what we thought was a sign that Oda might be slacking in his writing turns out to be another of his masterstrokes: The complete emptiness that we all saw in the main antagonists of this arc is not a mistake, but a major plot point. Good chapter--Setting up the Strawhats to mend fishmen relations, allowing Robin some moments of badassitude, and nicely progressing the story behind this arc!

    Exactly! Other writers would have written some predictable cliche traumatic experience. Oda didn't go there. The master of unpredictability did it again. Kudos to Oda!

    Kinda disappointed that Ussop only have two pages for his fight i was expecting a little bit more. N'way it was a good chapter.

    Robin didn't look to good for me doing that attack. Shades are meh and the triple arms with her body idk...

    Brooke took the spotlight for me by far. "ITS SOUUUUUUUUUUUUUL!" lmao

    Brook and Robin sharing the spotlight? Now this I like. Brook's powers are so out of the box and original, I love it! Gotta hand it to Oda his creativity knows no bounds. Aside from Robin's powers being abused for perversion material as stated by Xiao, she's got some serious flexibility in her arsenal. Could make for a great assassin type fighting style, and hey I like her new look. Those shades are fancy.

    Also was that comment towards Jinbei a Mangastream slip or does Robin have a thing for the fighting fishman?

    Hodi is just that, a dick. No grand and cliche backstory, that's just the way he is. Makes for a terrible villain but it's incredibly consistent with his characterization from flashback to now. His environment has always been prone to Human racism and brutality, it's been instilled within since he was a kid. I can't fault him for his experiences shaping his perception on things, but eh either way he's a douche.

    I've never wanted to see a fish OD as bad as I do right now.

    As long as everything just keeps on flowing forward, then that's already enough.
