^I was thinking to revive this thread but you beat me to it. Good thing MS decided to scanlate hajime no ippo after dropping HSDK. Anyway, knowing Takamura, he'll be showing either funny or disgusting results from his journey. Nothing comes out good from his trips.

Man since MS picked up on Hajime no Ippo I caught up where I left off and even though the story is at chapter 923 Ippo hasn't gotten any closer with Kumi and seems like its getting ready to set up with some triangle drama between Itagaki as well. Takamura still cracks me up. Didn't like Ippo vs Woli that was to farfetched....at this rate going be a while till Ippo reaches the world stage....Japan's getting boring in my opinion want to him in bouts fighting over the world. Still don't get how Takamura is a world champion on 2 different weight classes but they still bummy still got bummy gym too.

I knew it, Takamura would do something funny and disgusting. I really hope that when he fights like a champion this time, he would dominate this match and afterwards go for the world title already. We're almost at a 1000 chaps here and Ippo is still on the same position hundreds of chaps ago.
