That's probably because Kentaro Miura added characters that we don't really care about. Before, it was all Guts hack and slash + storyNow, it's about, new ally1 shitty fight + story, ally2 ok fight+ story, ally3 doesn't even fight but still get a background story.

Good news and bad news, the new anime movie adaptation for berserk will be out soon. Bad news is next Berserk chapter will be out around the same time Halley's comet swings by.

Its okay, Berserk is so weird now that every chapter confuses me and makes me not know if I want to read the next chapter or not lol. Get to the f-ing fairy island already!!!!!!!!!!! I think they've been at sea for like 3 years now

uuuhhh...any of my friends always tell me to read Berserk .Scratch that, in any good manga discussion berserk was always mentioned.
so i just give it a try.......and all i know i was emptying my wallet for vol 4 to 30 in freaking Kinokuniya(the art was so good i have to get the hard copy).
excluding the first 3 volume this manga for me is masterpiece
i read all down to vol 27......
afraid to read faster coz i heard Miura have the same habbit as Togashi....
and FM post just worsen it.__________________
