New to Bleach

Er... what!? I couldn't even stand the fillers. I didn't start reading the manga until the filler arc started, cuz it sucked and I needed to have some good Bleach. If you can, try not to watch the fillers, it's not necessary to watch them to understand the following episodes.

Those fillers are incredibly worse than original first Bleach saga.

(I know this quote is a bit old, but I was really surprised when I read that)

I second that ,the bounto arc was terribleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
Skip and head straight for the arrancer arc if you are interested in Bleach.
You wont regret it. the only thing good about the bounto arc is the opening song.

the bount arc was pretty decent for a filler, the only bleach fillers Ive ever skipped were the Kakura Town hero ones (whatever they're called) Those looked stupid, and they were getting in the way of my Renji/Ichigo fight.

I sat through the entire Bounto arc (hooray for me it sure was tough) and found it tolerable, but nothing more than that. But I still hate Bleach fillers on the whole.

But the arrancar arc is getting rather boring and draggy too. Sigh.

so i finally gave into my curiosity and read the manga cause the hueco mundo arc has been taking rather long, although now i just cant wait to see all the awsomeness animated ^^

Don't get too excited. The animation in Bleach is actually kinda crap compared to the manga. I've questioned it many times, and brought it up on these forums a few times..and most people agree with me about it. The best quality animation in the anime so far in my opinion, was when Grimmjow and Ichigo fought the very first time, when Grimmjow came with Ilfort and those other arrancar. After that episode, the animation goes down hill....and just to give you an example..

No he does not, it is only his arm all the way up until this current arc. Then he gets another weapon, but I won't ruin it for you. (And no it is not a full body transformation or anything like that)
