What's better: a manga set in the future, a manga set in the present or in the past?

The question is simple. Which mangas do you think are better? The ones set in the future, present or past? I'll add a poll so plz vote!

doesn't matter as long as the story and setting are good and it doesn't have to many plot holes

Agreed with the guy above, My favorite manga's are manga's with their own world - for example Tower of God is in its own verse which is cool, there are alot of them like that and generally I like them more.

As for the question, I guess I like present the best right now, I mean Manga's set in the present seem to be more Seinen while Manga's set in the past or future are mostly Shonen, and right now I'm more into Seinen
