Well, technically its only lasted 4, possibly going on a fifth. Unless you're including when Ichigo fought Ulquiorra... and Renji and Ishida's fight.

I am not sure he "gained" some clawing power; but rather, he probably is using his 'finishing move' to try and beat Ichigo down...one last time.

Lol, those pics were totally a flashback. That panther (Jaguar, probably, being as his surname sounds like jaguar...) form is his original hollow body, and Shawlong Qufang is there to "recruit" him. So maybe Grimmjow'll be dead in one or two chapters? xD

To maxie009: Of course they're dragging the manga/chapters. If you haven't notice, they dragged this fight for 5 chapters (according to PyroTI), possibly going to 6 or 7 chapters.

Why do you guys think they're dragging out this fight? The majority of the major Bleach fights have lasted around five chapters.

This is a FIGHT scene, hence the fact that they are FIGHTING. It wouldn't be much of a fight scene if they sat there and talked.

Now, if you guys were saying that your sick of Ichigo fighting Grimmjow in general (since this is their 3rd fight) I'd understand. But you guys are talking about this as though its been the longest fight in history, which it hasn't.

Zaraki VS Tosen and Komamura - about 4 or 5 chapters
Ishida VS Mayuri - About 5 chapters
Ichigo VS Dordonie - About 4 chapter
Ishida VS Cirucci - About 4 chapters
Rukia VS Aaroniero - About 4 chapters
Renji and Ishida VS Szayel - About 5 chapters

So to ME, the idea that you guys are complaining that this fight is taking too long because its been 5 chapters is completely ridiculous. And to say that they are making it this long for the sake of money is also ridiculous. Comics follow a script that has already been written out. Tite Kubo doesn't just sit down and draw random stuff in hopes of getting money.
