I'll admit that Jumper looks excellent, however Iron Man might fail like Transformers.
HALO
It's just the Metroid series remade for the Xbox crowd.
However Samus Aran is now some unknown low ranking military personal.
Also the space pirates worship some giant doomsday hula hoop machine.

Yeah I believe I lost brain cells watching both Fantastic Four and Spider-man 3 movies. They were that bad, however it wasn't so much the plot but actors that couldn't make the movie seem "real enough". Yes I know how ironic that sounds since the movies were based off of comic books. Actually Spider-man 3 had an emo plot, so that is probably why I disliked it.
However Transformers was bad to me since I grew up with the original and like the VGcats comic, the movie was all hype. Sadly since almost all the movies that are released now are about hype. The only movie recently that has came out and earned the number one ranking for the weekend box office without almost any form of hype is Superbad.
People forget anymore, computer graphics don't make a movie special, its the quality of acting and a successful storyline that must go into a movie.

Transformers was awesome, but not for the plot. Pretty much it was like being 5 on a Saturday morning again-which was awesome.
I'm hoping Iron Man is more like X-Men than the Fantastic Four.

Didn't they just make a incredible piece of crap hulk just a few years ago. Are we really getting that desperate for movies that we are remaking things that close together?
Ok, on a less irritated note, this looks to be better than the 2003 one. They've also brought the hulk back down to size. Which I like. I'll give a chance, but I think Iron Man will be better.
