I think this episode confirms "that jutsu" is a powerful sealing jutsu that minato left for Naruto.

Still think that the "Young man whose power lies in his eyes" the great sage was discussing is Madara/Tobi and not Sasuke as Naruto assumed.
Even someone 200+ years of age would be a young man to the Great Sage and the answer to "who" exactly he is hasn't been 100% confirmed.We talkin' bout Flea Market!-
