New Username Requests

What if the Username was already taken but the User is Inactive for more than 2 years now? Can you guys just delete that user so I can get his name? By the way he doesn't have any post.

You never know, he may want it back and it'd be unfair if we just deleted him because he hasn't logged on and he has not posted.
Btw, this place is not even 2 years old.
