yea i noticed that to I was like oh shit even longer than Deidaras. For a second or two I thought it wasnt Pain but a different person or body or something

He's definitely got a speedy hair growth technique. Dear God, THAT is the power of the Rin'negan! It allows the user to control their hair growth via their eyes. It makes so much SENSE.
