Secret Invasion just dealt with Skrulls seamlessly infiltrating earth until the time was right and they go full ID4(with some variations), against the planet. SI was a lot more earth bound, just with a lot of trickery, and differing match-ups in teams and locations of the fights.

    Fear itself 1 came out today and I picked up a copy(Yes actually bought) and I thought it was great and it sets up for the bigger story next issue

    ^Just asking because from the prologue, it seems like it will heavily be related to gods, and Thor and his people.

    Fear Itself is based on the God of Fear, It involves everyone but he is indeed related to Thor and his people
