No doubt something nasty awaits the warlords. Madara isn't a very nice guy so nothing terrible can be ruled out.
However I've warmed to the theory that they'll be killed and replaced with white zetsu clones which can imitate a person's chakra after touching them. They probably don't fight for fear of breaking a nail (from the look of em) so if sensor types couldn't tell the difference then they could effective decoys to be used to get intel from the kages on Naruto and KB's location. I wonder if he's planning to warp Sasuke there as soon as his eyes are ready.
