Natsu will get his ass whooped next chapter. Yeah, it's awesome that he now knows true fear and true anger, but he has yet to learn about a real defeat. I want all of fairy tail to fall this arc as it would only make the story better. Natsu was beat by Zancrow who wasn't even trying. Even if this anger power-up makes Natsu strong enough to fight Zancrow, we still don't know Zancrows full power.

i can agree but not to that degree, i do not think he is going to own zancrow now maybe not even win but its going to be close but either way natsu is going to take a beating because the most this rage is going to do is even things up and make it a fair right thats about it but its going to be epic and bad A** either way.

and do not be down on loke right now guys because he is not at full power since he is not "with" lucy right now he is using his own magic right now. once loke and lucy reconnect this thing will get interesting.
and i know we are not expecting much from elfman but i hope we get to see something new from him.

As for Capricorn, Loke isn't as strong as people believe he is lol. If Lucy want to be stronger, she need stronger spirit. Capricorn is one of them Anyways, in most arc we see fight, she gain spirit everytime, Capricorn is the only one in GH so seem like he's next to join Lucy's keyring. Be it now or later if they fight again.

What makes you come to this conclusion? As far as I see, there has only been evidence that Loke is indeed a very strong Stellar Spirit, which only makes sense being one of the Ecliptic Zodiac and an attacking specialist. He was clearly strong enough to merit an Oracion Seis cautious enough to want to seal him off and was acknowledged by Lucy as one of her 'trump cards' alongside Aquarius who is undoubtedly one of the strongest attacking spirits there is; a point which has been made by several characters throughout the series. That's not even mentioning the 3 YEARS he survived in the human world being constantly drained of his magic (and as a member of a guild renowned for its strength no less), which until possibly Capricorn, was an unprecedented act.

Ignoring my personal opinion which is that Lucy is plenty strong already (she beats up the average Guild 'goon' type character with ease, which makes her by definition, already 'above average' and let's not forget that she did beat an Oracion Seis practically by herself, Archive not withstanding, which was still using her own magic anyway) Lucy isn't in need of more spirits to make her stronger, she's in possession of 9 of the 12 Golden Keys, she's practically uncontested in the title for the strongest arsenal of Stellar Spirit magic. Her problem is her inexperience, lack of skill and lack of magical development. Definitely not the strength of her spirits.

Let's be honest, having an alternative opinion is fine and all that, but blatantly ignoring facts and canon to have that opinion is a bit silly.

Ohhh man, don't take it personally. The point is simple, If the guy si really a spirit, he's mostly there by himself, like Loke was when in Fairy Tail. It has't been shown if he's a spirit or if he has a summoner at all. And Anyway, Capricorn is taking on 3 of FT member plus a spirit.

Of course, Loke is strong, not the weakest and at the moment doesn't seem the strongest either.

I agree, if Natsu wins this fight from just being angry, it will ruin the good story Mashima built thus far.

Agreed. Her spirits is not the problem but herself. She definitely has the potential as we saw her summon all of her spirits at once before. She's the one holding down Loki and her other spirits from fighting to their full potential. At to this point she couldn't still control Aquarius.

well you have to take in to account that loke is "on his own" now and is not at full power him self and i suspect if this guy is Capricorn (which its almost a giving) that he is using some other way than loke did to stand on his own. like i do not think as powerful as he is that he is just staying in the real world like loke was off of his own magic. now as for how that could be who knows? maybe he found a more efficient way to be in the real world with out a key holder or maybe with as much magic as hades has maybe he is keeping him in the real world? but who knows?

Whatever it is he's doing, we already know it ain't like the other spirits. Hades himself said that all of them had some kind of "lost" magic.

Maybe that guy is a spirit mage who can completely take over a stellar spirit and it's powers, or Capricorn's just got a speciall magic...Hmm so far he's turned tons of people into little bubbles and released them everywhere and made several more dissappear effortlessly. I can't really think of anything for it but it should be interesting anyway and more than likely Lucy will have another key before it's all over.

Gotta agree I Don't really want Fairy Tail to win here though, they need to suffer a defeat to further the story.

Personally I'm currently more dissatisfied at the role Ultear is playing at the moment. Mashima had me thinking she was the grand mastermind behind absolutely everything after the Paradise Tower arc and had the making to be a wonderful villain but she's currently just one of Hades' underlings? Here's hoping she'll pull an usurp over his head and do herself some justice.

Mashima does himself credit with his year 777 undercurrent theme (Lucy's mother, the Dragons etc.). Very interesting to speculate about. I suspect it may be elaborated upon this arc with the appearance of Zeref.

You're understating it. He's far from the weakest, and well amongst the strongest. From the Stellar spirits revealed so far, only Aquarius and Capricorn even come close to his combat strength (Gemini doesn't count and Scorpio hasn't been used enough for comparison). And as someone pointed out, who knows what Hades has done (if he has indeed done anything) to make Capricorn this powerful.

Also still doesn't change the fact that it's hardly the spirits that Lucy posesses that are limiting her power. Rather she's the one limiting their's.

And actually, I don't mind if Natsu asspulls a power-up in this case. Because at the very, very, very least, him acknowledging his weakness means SOME character development on his part, and god knows Natsu needs it.

So Zancrow literally being a ''God Slayer'' is really him talking bullshit after all. Whew.

Any1 else thinks to compete @ the higher levels Gray will need to stop needing both hands? It seems like the basic rule his master taught but IMHO it seems like 1 of those rules meant to be broken without realizing it. Like 1 of these days he will start using it and realize that the 2 hands made the magic stabler for weaker mages but there comes a time when you can use only 1. Other than Lucy his magic seems like it takes the longest, allowing too many people to take advantage and just kick his butt for a while.
