I got thrown around a lot that day. I was testing for nidan ranking. The guy throwing me around was a rokudan. I was out classed, completely. Everyone at the school that day was yudansha, and most of us spent a lot of time getting thrown around. For the record, I didn't make nidan that day.

It aikido. There are only like 3 styles that still wear hakama's, not counting any ken styles.
