EDIT: btw Chaos, how long have you been practicing aikido?

So why did you stop? How long? Hmmmm, I have been taking aikido for about 9 years, Iaido for about 6, and I studied judo for about 4, but that was a long time ago.

Why did i stop? I had too many other things i had to concentrate at the time, and had to stop taking aikido to concentrate on the more important things :(

It's been my experience that spending a few hours at the dojo clears out my head and allows me to focus better on the other things I do. Plus now that I teach, I can't really just flake out on my students.
