Chapter 41 on mangashare now become chapter 39, 42 -> 40, 43 -> 41.

Please change the chapter number so that I can add the newest chapter of the series (chapter 42).

PS: I already added many groups to MS's database (more than 3 days ago) but it's unapproved until now. I wonder is there anything wrong with those group I had added?
