Yeah, im actually kinda glad it ended now.. It was starting to go downhill lately, for me at least.. Its just sad too see all the potential it had left disappear.. But hopefully the mangaka will come up with another great series thats even better.

Now it can get an actual full anime that can follow the storyline perfectly and wouldnt need fillers.. O.o Hopefully it gets a full anime, though..

You know I think it ended just about as well as anybody can expect. I personally loved it. Everyone in the future yelling at Yoshina to wake up was just heartwarming and awesome, to say the least.

Then all his friends and family in the present waiting for him, it felt like the perfect way for it to end. Miroku and Grana went out like the true badasses piercing through the heavens! (Where have I heard that before? )

They finally save No 7. at the end, and my biggest dissappointment besides the series ending so soon, Kabuto didn't win the lottery.

Last Call Psyren, stupid long distance time travel expenses. Can't wait for Iwashiro's next series and the volumes to be released stateside for Psyren.

As long as everything just keeps on flowing forward, then that's already enough.

Great ending, the best chapter in ages for sure, glad that the mangaka didn't screw the ending too, otherwise i would be a psyren hater for life. The last arc is what killed the series, imo.

I won't say R.I.P. to Psyren, because even though it may have been a little early, the story had a resolution, an ending. It experienced the natural life-cycle of the Shounen Manga, and returned to Shounen soil to provide sustinance for future budding series. lol.

I really like the story, the powers and their workings were cool little details. Some have expressed disappointment in the the last arc, and the way that it was rushed, but as I understand it, it was necessary to meet impending cancellation. I don't know at what point Iwashiro learned that his series would be terminated, but I'd be the first to argue that that knowledge greatly affected the pacing of the story and, thus, the quality of the writing. Had he more time, he could've taken things a lot more slowly, explained the unexplained, and generally crafted an improved tale. But he did his best, and to this reader, his best was magnificent.

Now I go to weep. This was the ONLY manga series that I read other than the "Monster Trio", as most other series are just too far in to ever dream of catching up and/or learning the story. I must grieve...

Dont set the bar too high.. Though it might be better read all at once.. dunno.. That might be about the area i started losing some interest in psyren, actually.. The ending was good, though.

And Sirxxx, i think you could catch up with some of the other long series.. Only 1 chapter a week comes out, and some are even monthly. Though it sounds like you might have trouble learning the story.. But if that becomes too big of a problem you can just try rereading a part or completely rereading, or just come ask MS about it..
