    Sai might be one of those ninjas that follows behind and hide while the group is moving, sort of the solo-backup ninjas. Similar to what the Sound nin did during the chuuin exams. Either that or it was a pain to draw him.

    umm how could sai go talk with danzou when he has a dog with him? Im sure the dog would rat out sai, and if the dog did the knocked out, im sure there would be a way to communicate that to the other members.

    actually he is probably doing nothing because he hasn't done anything since the sasuke and sai arc and is no longer wanted in the series.
