I can't subscribe to anything. I get sent to the page choosing which kind of notification I want, and when I click 'Add subscription' BAM i get an error 404 code. :(

I am currently having a problem where i cannot update my sig picture, each time i try to change it and click save image i get a new page saying and error has occured with image. The image is smaller in both file size and resolution, so that is not the issue and i have tried multiple images and it happens to all of them, so i have run out of ideas. Can anyone assist?

Man, this whole time that I noticed this and it's still hasn't been done?
Anywho, I'll address it again.
On the themes, MS 6.0, 6.0.1, and 6.0.2, the User CP seems to be missing. Soo..yeah, is there something that I'm missing? lol
