That does it. I'm almost sure that the president is cannibal. If you think about it, the kidnapper is too obvious, while the masked man is even more obvious. The only way to make the manga good is if the president is cannibal. that still makes me sad though :(

^ Or none of them is cannibal. He ate/absorbed uncounted number of talents, it's possible that one of them (or a few) allows him to follow the train (hey, he appeared in a plane in the middle of it's flight). If you think about it, cannibal attacks only when the train stops. The first victim was before the train even moved and now the second one on the first stop. Basically, only then, when the doors are open, otherwise the train wouldn't move with him and wouldn't allow him to enter in midway.

Ah yes, I didn't think about that. I think that your theory makes sense, and covers up why the president and haiba are still connected.

If you notice, http://www.mangareader.net/enigma/46/14 the girl is already with the 2 men, but then cannibal appears behind her, so it is most likely that matsurigi is canibal or cannibal is outside of the train
