i just had the same thing happen to me while i was reading one peice 600, its was called anti virus 2010 and i dont recall a popup but it did make me have to place my computer in safe mode and manually delete about 30 files. iit also turned all my anti spy and virus ware off, which had to go back on also on a side note i dont use foxfie anddont intend to use it

Pretty sure it was a browser exploit.
