Konan: Yes. Your guess is correct.

地来也「やはり…半蔵はどうやった？」
Jiraiya: I figured as much... so, how did he take out Hanzou?

小南「残念ね……地来也先生。そこまで知った以上もう…」
Konan: It really is a shame... Jiraiya Sensei. You've learned too much ...

ペイン登場。地来也に後ろから遅いかかる。
Pain appears and attaks Jiraiya from behind (it's a misprint, by the way. It should be 襲いかかる, not　遅いかかる, or the sentence doesn't make sense).

しかし地来也は分身
But Jiraiya's a bunshin!

ペイン土遁何とかの術
Pain uses some Doton (earth) jutsu.

地来也「う…これは…」
Jiraiya: Uh... this is...

ペインがニヤリ
Pain smiles.

地来也「地雷や！」
Jiraiya: Jirai-ya*!
*..."jirai" means land mine. "ya" could mean arrow. If this is a fake spoiler, it could be a joke.

場面変わって地来也とペイン達の若い頃の話。
Story switches to when Jiraiya, Pain and the rest were young.
来週終わり

Konan: Regrettable Jiraiya-sensei. This is more than you know
-Pain appears, from the back of Jiraiya - it takes a slow time
But Jiraiya is a bunshin
Jiraiya: Wha?! This is ...
-Pain's second body
Jiraiya: JIRAIYA!

The scene changes to Jiraiya and Pain when they were young.
