And Yes, the Previous Franky had BF-36 On his shoulders. It is the number of Warships(Battle Franky) he created, each one stronger than the last. I always thought 37 was the Thousand Sunny. Apparently It's not counted as a BF.

Zoro couldn't even know any direction with his both eyes, now he has only eyes?!
And Franky's BF 36 as we all remember, it was a lame weapon right? Or was BF 36 referring to his cyborg body?
Up to this chapter, they haven't been reunited yet. So, let's just hope on chapter 600 we'll see them get together.
