Initially I had no intention of viewing the spoilers, but Someone posted the color spread outside of the spoiler area and ruined it for me. So here it goes:
Sanji: I love the fact that Sanji's big change is his hair is reversed. Also, Kinda looks like Mihawk. Bad mistake Oda, cross777 is going to go batshit theory on that one.
Luffy: Long sleeves make him look gay. Luffy's new scar looks the exact same as the one he got from his second battle with Zoro. I like the sash.
Zoro: Not appearing? Fuck? Again, Zoro gets special treatment. By the way, It looks as though Zoro has two new scars on his face. One big one on the right, and a small one on the left. Also, i like the slicked back hair.
Ussop: Not as big as I thought he would get.
Franky: He looks like a monkey.
Brook: He's moving up the centuries.
Chopper:.....
Boobs: She's got bigger Nami's and longer her. Not much to say.
Robin: Change in hair style, again, not much to say.

people have been saying that Zoro has lost his arm because only two swords are visible, his left arm seems hollow (not there) and he usually holds Ryuuma's sword in his left!!!!

but that can never happen!!! because:

1. his bandana is rapped around his left arm, (if it wasn't there, the bandana would be tight enough to show that there is no arm)
2. his jackets left arm is normal, not short or folded
3. it could just be hidden behind Luffy's right leg
4. Mihawk wouldn't fight him for the same reasons as Shanks

but if it is gone... Franky could give him a cybernetic arm and add skin to it
