Where Did an X Anime Stop Follow it's Manga?

I have questions regarding various anime where it stopped (I hope the Moderator keeps this thread sticky)

1. Where did Gintama anime stop follow the manga?
2. Where did Aire Gear anime stop follow the manga?
3. Where did Kekkaishi anime stop follow the manga?
4. Where did Claymore anime stop follow the manga?
5. Where did Hajime no Ippo anime stop follow the manga?
6. Where did D. Gray-man anime stop follow the manga?

other than some filler D.gray man and air gear stuck some what close to the story they just stopped
and same with kekkiashi if i am not mistaken

In Claymore it was around the point where they fought Rigaldo in the north.

Jean sacrifices herself to help the awakened Claire go back to normal, She gets killed in the process. This didn't happen in the anime iirc and it was from that point where the whole thing turned to shit.

Dance in the Vampire Bund stopped following the manga the instant it started, load of bollocks, Shaft kind of let me down on this one, i was looking forward to it :1

Edit #2: Oh and Yozakura Quartet, Another big let down, Stopped following the manga at episode 1 as well. Wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't turned my favorite little jiang shi; Rin in to a pain in the arse.
