Thinking realistically-
1. Luffy-Not much, taller, a bit muscular, and older-looking. i wish he'd have the little chin hair in that one picture of him and boa hugging but what main shonen character has ever had a beard?
2. Zolo- Not much, maybe a cool looking scar
3. Nami- Bigger Breasts since Oda has been making them bigger and bigger each arc (admitted so himself) and longer hair
4. Usopp- much more muscular, and i so want dreads, i need usopp to have dreads, i need it so badly
5. Sanji- It'd be funny if we finally saw his left eye, but not much besides older looking, maybe a different hairstyle
6. Chopper- Is there even any chance for him to change looks? He's already got like 6 different looks plus monster chopper form
7. Robin- Larger breasts (same reason as nami) but not much else changed
8. Franky- i'm not gonna bother since i'm gonna let it be a hilarious or awesome surprise
9. Brooke- Goes from pimp/classical look to rock star lol

I wonder how they will all have changed.. Im betting luffy, zoro, or sanji will grow their hair out longer.. My main guess is on luffy, 2nd sanji, 3rd zoro.. But oda may decide to keep their hair short, i just think luffy could look badass with longer hair and sanji good in ponytail or grown out hair pulled back, and zoro could be badass in most cases, soo.
I hope everyones awesomeness increases even more..
