Anything less is going to be a severely disappointing, otherwise. I am interested to see Kubo develop on the "your evolution failed" part, as well. Remember that Isshin et al said they same thing about Aizen when he was still in that cocoon state?

Kubo wasting pages again but this chapter seems to be cool so I wont be too harsh.
The whole cant sense his reiatsu thing is that not the same thing Ishin said about Aizen just before his transformation began. Which must mean Ichigo is close right at the precipice but not yet evolved the way Aizen has...

Perhaps the reason Ichigo's raitsu cannot be sensed, is because it has attained an advanced state of existence where it is there, but not perceptible.

I think the Kings Key will be made as a result of this battle. Aizen seems to have been constantly waiting on Ichigo to catch up to him, either location-wise or power.
