I don't see a point in introducing stronger V.L. at this point, it seems anime moments/episodes like this serve to answer questions people have from reading the managa. But this would be highly inconsistent with everything we have seen so far.

at least halibel wasnt defeated 3o1 which is vasto lorde like aizen finished her off not a captain +2 vaizards.

Which would further prove that 10 VL's of Hailbel or Stark's caliber wouldn't stand a chance in hell against SS.

Aizen isn't the strongest Captain there is, he's just really strong. CC called him out on being much weaker than him when they squared off. CC alone could've handled the Espada while the others did whatever.

Oh and Stark was defeat by one captain in shikai. Stark was never threaten by the vizards, only distracted.

Anyways none of this VL crap is canon so it's irrelevant.
