and on there ship they have an eternal pose plus maps that nami made and there are other ways to get there and what are your other reasons, and i know its a stretch and i know its not likely but when has that ever stooped me

all that stuff you said is on their shi as you said, but where is their ship at? that's right shabondy. why would they all go to shabondy and then to to alabasta

and other reasons? you said the eternal log pose and maps are on their ship and their ship is in shabondy leaving no reason to go to alabasta. That's a pretty good reason

i think you right i think enel could back but i dont think thats his ship oda may have brought shiki in to the main story line? wouldn't it be fitting for the guy from sky island to be taken out BY enel LOL

i would laugh if Enel appeared infront of the Gourosei dragging Shiki behind him and says;

Enel - what shall i do with this old guy?
Gourosei 1 - thats... The Golden Lion... Shiki!!!
Gourosei 2 - how did he manage to...
Enel - earth people like helping people right?...
Gourosei 3 - this guy is a nobody but he managed to take down Shiki?

The 16 rings were already explained by killer but I think there is more to it than that. Yeah they do get stronger through the fights they went through but as you can see it's not enough anymore. They just got totally beat up in their last fight and I think it's about time they get serious training.

i agree fully cuz it will give everyone time to train and grow;

Luffy - time to train his haki with Rayleigh
Zoro - time to train his swordsmanship with Mihawk (Zoro will definately drop his pride)
Nami - time to learn more weather with those scientists
Usopp - time to lose weight and get tough (brave {even though it is already showing})
Sanji - train with Ivankov
Chopper - time to... (someone help me)
Robin - get info from the Revolutionaries and maybe meet Luffy's dad
Franky - time to rebuild himself and test his new machinery
Brook - time to escape

i agree most of that..but zoro training with mihawk is unlikely..he has his pride alright..but maybe he at least get some hint from mihawk..

I sorry no way should there be a time skip. There has not really been that many in the past before, the biggest was 2 weeks and almost everyone was when Luffy was unconscious
