The idea of the two biggest fighting franchises today going at it has always been pretty cool, but to see it actually happening is groundbreaking.

All the cool matches that could occur between these legendary rosters is freakin immense. Still a long ways off, but damn if it's not exciting.

I think I'm kind of leaning towards Street Fighter's mechanics a bit more.

Tekken's juggling can get pretty insane with a few characters and while Street Fighter takes a bit more practice to get the hang of, I prefer their playstyle more.

I wonder just how having two games is going to affect sales. They'd pretty much have to release at the same time, seeing as if one was released later most people wouldn't be as interested in picking it up.

The potential matchups are insane. Zangief vs King. Cammy vs Nina. Balrog/Dudley vs fucking Steve. Devil Jin vs Akuma. Hiahachi vs Gouken. Chung Li vs Jun(if they bring her back again). Fei long vs Lei. Bob vs Rufus(that's a given). Omg I could go on all day.

No info on platforms yet. Though I doubt a PC release is in the works considering Capcom never released SSF4 for PC.

Fine if your greedy you can watch both. So far we only have word on Street Fighter X Tekken, but I'm sure Namco is hard at work developing their version as well. Still characters in the dozens to be revealed, and I'm not even sure if Namco will have the same roster but either way this hyped me up big time. Shit is dope.
