that's not a bad theory...im not sure how much i would enjoy it actually happening that way but it would definitely be a plot twist and i doubt it is him due to the fact orochimaru summoned him to fight i really don't think it is...but what i have been believing it is obito just think about it the uchiha ms has two uses one in each eye sasuke has the black flames out his left eye and extinguish them with his right...well back to my point we have all seen the ms of kakashi shoots out it a swirl vortex that sends things to a different dimension and tobi does the same only to himself and who ever he is grabbing on too...and im not canceling out the option that obito might have been a spy or something from the start just look at the facts similar powers one has left eye other has right only point made...comment
