It's a pity they wasted like 9 minutes with flashbacks.

Plus i was expecting something more out of the animation for a moment this epic in the story. Wasn't too bad though.

Biggest problem i saw was the lack of continuity in relation to manga facts and previous anime episodes.

By this i mean when we see the vizard up close with their masks, we can see their eyes, they look normal instead of the usual black and yellow shinji also had when he fought grimmjow.

Loved the ilustraded guide to shinigamis xD

So that is Shinji's real reason for all the hate he has for Aizen, as a long haired person myself i completely understand.

After watching Naruto I'm not complaining about the flashbacks, the quality was good and there was some decent action.

Exactly, Bleach fans should be happy, that the studio doesn't give their anime the same treatment Naruto anime is given.

It was an ok episode, don't understand why they left out Hisagi recognizing Kensei and the same flashback for the 2nd week in a row was pretty annoying too

My favourite part of the episode was the animation of Hachigen snapping his fingers. xD

The simplest things truly are the best.

I really have to say this:

Congratulations to the Bleach animation team.

There was no STUPID ,gratuitously exaggerated, ad-libing, injurious to the Manga integrity, mindless Manga Mangling fight scenes.

Anyone watching this chapter gets a very close approximation of what Kubo did in his manga.

Yea compared to Naruto, Bleach always has a decent,constant quality.
I liked this episode, and the flashbacks are not a problem at all...I´d rather have flashbacks half of the episodes than fillers in this particular case.
